You Are Not Alone! Let’s come together to encourage and hold each other accountable so that we not only just "survive" but thrive this holiday season as we move into 2024!
Maintain, Don’t Gain is the extra accountability you need to get through these next 6 weeks of leftover Halloween candy, feasts, holiday parties, stress, cocktails, cookie exchanges, and those feelings of not having enough hours in the day to get it all done. Now is the time when maintaining healthy habits and taking care of ourselves by eating nutritious foods to fuel your day, drinking enough water, getting daily movement, and getting enough sleep so you are ready to do it all again the next day tends to take a back seat!
$15 to join 15 winners will be selected
Program details:
- Weigh in on the scale at your branch with a Health and Wellness team member (any Y staff can assist with recording weights if H&W is unavailable)
- First weigh in the week of 11/18 - 11/24, challenge officially begins Monday, 11/25 *First weigh in must be completed by 11/25 to qualify
- Final weigh in week of 1/2 - 1/6/24
- Stay within 3 pounds or less of your initial weight for a chance to win. You can lose more than 3 pounds to still qualify!
