Serving as a YMCA Swim Instructor and/or Lifeguard is a rewarding, fulfilling position, as your direct service safeguards lives, builds confidence in others, and fosters a spirit of community. If you are currently 16 years of age and older, and once participated or are currently participating on a swim team or masters team, this position is perfect for you! Not certified? We will certify and/or train you for free through one of our public certification courses!
