A Note About Safety
Pool Rules, Test-Mark-Protect Swim Testing
River Crossing YMCA is committed to providing a safe and enjoyable swimming experience for all. Test-Mark-Protect guidelines. All youth ages 12 and younger must participate in a swimming skills assessment and will be provided a colored wristband based on their swimming ability. Once tested, each time a child comes into the Y for open swim they will need to acquire their color-appropriate wristband from the Welcome Center when checking in. Indoor Pools
Bethlehem, Lap/Recreational Pool
The Lap/Recreational Pool at our Bethlehem branch is a four lane, 25 yard multi-use pool. Pool is ADA accessible with temporary removable ramp available. The pool operates on a scheduled basis for lap swim, recreational swim, group exercise, swim lessons, and swim team.
Doylestown, Waterpark Pool
The Waterpark Pool at our Doylestown branch includes three 25 yard lap lanes, water slide, water elements and hot tub. Pool is kept at an instructional temperature, slightly warmer than the more athletic Lap Pool, and is generally where our swim lessons for younger children and aquatic group exercise classes for seniors are hosted. Pool is ADA accessible with a lift system in the shallow end.
Waterslide requirement: 48 inches & swim band tested yellow or green
Doylestown, Lap Pool
The Lap Pool at our Doylestown branch is a 25 meter, 6 lane pool with diving blocks. Pool is scheduled for lap swim, group exercise and swim lessons, swim team and meets and Master's swim team. Sauna is accessible from the Lap Pool deck. Pool is ADA accessible with a lift system in the shallow end.
Fairless Hills, Aquatics Center
The aquatics center at the newly renovated Fairless Hills branch includes a 25-yard, 6-lane pool that is 12’ at the deepest point and includes diving blocks. The pool is intended for multiple uses including lap and recreational swim, swim team and swim meets, aquatic group exercise, birthday parties, lifeguard training and more.
The aquatics center features an on-deck, coed sauna and pool observation area.
Deer Path/Flemington, Lap/Recreational Pool
The Deer Path Branch pool is a 25-meter, 6-lane pool that is 3.5' to 12' deep. The pool is scheduled for lap swim, recreational swim, group exercise, swim lessons, and swim team. The Aquatics Center includes a whirlpool and saunas available in the men’s and women’s locker rooms. The pool is ADA-accessible with a lift system in the shallow end.
Easton, Lap/Recreational Pool
The Easton Branch pool is a 25-yard, 6-lane pool. The pool is scheduled for lap swim, recreational swim, group exercise, and swim lessons.
Nazareth, Lap/Recreational Pool
The pool at our Nazareth branch is 50 yards, 6-lanes with six diving blocks with a varied depth, 3'6" to 6". The pool is used for a variety of activities including lap and recreational swim, swim lesson instruction, lifeguard training and swim team. The pool features removable steps with handrails and an ADA pool lift, operated by a lifeguard.
Quakertown, Lap Pool
The Lap Pool at the Quakertown branch is a 25 yard, 6-lane pool scheduled daily for lap swim, aquatics group exercise classes, recreational use and swim team practices and weekend meets. Sauna available off pool deck. Pool is ADA accessible with a lift system in the shallow end.
Quakertown,Rec Pool
The Family Pool at the Quakertown branch is a recreational space with waterslide and water elements. The space operates on a schedule based on use of connected and adjacent lap pool. Aquatics center also offers sauna for adult member use.

Slate Belt Pool
The Lap/Recreational Pool at our Slate Belt branch is 25 meter, six lane pool with graded entry ramp and diving blocks and back stroke flags. The aquatics center includes a hot tub with ADA pool lift. The aquatics center operates on a scheduled basis shared among lap and recreational swim, group and private swim lessons and other in-water activities.
Warminster, Recreational Pool
The Recreational Pool at the Warminster branch is a 30 yard, 2' to 4'9" deep (no diving) pool kept at a warmer, instructional temperature. The pool is scheduled daily for a variety of uses and activities including aquatics group exercise, lap swim, swim lessons, and recreational swim that can include water walking and jogging. Pool is ADA accessible with a lift system in the shallow end.
Outdoor Pools Opened Seasonally
Camp Carr, Clinton Township, Outdoor pool
The outdoor pool on the grounds of our Camp Carr summer camp property, provides recreational swim opportunities for members on evenings and weekends on a seasonal basis.
City of Easton Heil Pool
Heil Pool is a 50-meter pool utilized for both recreational and competitive swimming. The facility has a small spray park for the enjoyment of younger patrons and the pool features two deep water slides, a shallow area for beginner swimmers and plenty of grass area for relaxing. There is also a concession stand for food and drinks.

City of Easton Eddyside Pool
Eddyside Pool is a 25 meter pool as well as a children’s pool that has a sloped walk-in entry so that individuals of all ages can easily enter and exit the water. Eddyside has a concession stand for food and drinks and offers patrons a beautiful setting along the banks of the Delaware River. There are also two pavilions which can be rented for private events.

Holland Outdoor Pool
The pool at our Holland Outdoor Center is an inground multipurpose pool utilized for summer camp, swim lessons and recreational member use.
SOLECO Pool
SOLECO (Southern Lehigh Community) Pool in Coopersburg, Pennsylvania, offers summer access to a large, outdoor pool featuring recreational and lap swimming as well as water park elements and a variety of programs and amenities for all ages.
