Teen Fitness

YMCA Teen Fitness Programs offer a safe, inviting environment for youth 12-18 where teens will find the balance of freedom and structure.  We encourage our teen members to join us and get involved in health and wellness and ask all teens ages 12 - 14 to first start by going through the Teen Strength and Fitness Orientation to ensure their success here at the Y.

To get started, students must read and sign the Member Code of Conduct, review the Teen Strength and Fitness Orientation Guide, watch the Fitness Equipment Orientation Video, and complete the Teen Orientation Quiz (score 25/32 or higher).

Next, download the Y app, explore adult/teen cardio workouts, and screenshot your completed quiz results. Show them at the Welcome Center to receive your keytag. Don’t forget to read the Member Handbook!

Amenities for Teens

Wellness Centers

Members receive access to twelve wellness centers conveniently located throughout Bucks, Hunterdon, Lehigh and Northampton Counties in PA and NJ.

Group Exercise

Stay accountable and have fun with group fitness! Whether you're a beginner or a pro, there's a free class for you with membership.

Gymnasium Access & Teen Sports

Our gymnasiums are available on a scheduled basis for member use. The Y also offers a variety of youth sports and arts programs for preteens and teenagers.

Recreational & Lap Swim

Recreational and lap swim is available to teen members at at branch aquatics centers.
