YMCA Teen Programs offer a safe, inviting environment for youth 12-18 where teens will find the balance of freedom and structure. We encourage our teen members to join us and get involved in health and wellness and ask all teens ages 12 - 14 to first start by going through the Teen Strength and Fitness Orientation to ensure their success here at the Y.

Student must read and sign Member <Code of Conduct>
Student must read the <Teen Strength and Fitness Orientation Guide>, watch the Fitness Equipment Orientation Video & take the <Teen Orientation Quiz>
Download the Y app, review adult/teen cardio workouts and screenshot completed test results and show to Welcome Center to receive keytag. (25/32 score required). Read Member Handbook.
Group Exercise
Exercising together keeps you accountable and having fun! Whether you’ve been doing group fitness for years or are ready to try your first class, we have a class for you. Plus, group exercise classes are free with membership!

Teen Sports
Many of our sports, arts and humanities programs are available to preteen and teenagers.

Recreational and lap swim is available to teen members at at branch aquatics centers.
