Home of Infinity Gymnastics
Welcome to the new RCY Gymnastics Center, home of Infinity Gymnastics, where athletes of all ages and abilities can build confidence, strength, and skill in a state of the art training environment. From beginner classes to competitive team pathways, the program offers a progressive approach that helps every gymnast grow at their own pace while developing balance, flexibility, and coordination. With top tier equipment and experienced coaches, the center provides opportunities for both recreational fun and high level competition, continuing a strong tradition of excellence that has led athletes to success at the local, regional, and national levels.
Infinity Gymnastics Teams
USAG Competition Levels 2-Level 8 and Xcel Program Silver through Diamond
Gymnastics Team
USAG competition Level 2-Level 8 and Xcel Program Silver through Diamond offered for athletes ages 5-18 with opportunities to compete in local, regional, and national competitions. The competitive team program is by invitation only after Level 4.
Gymnastics Team Private Lessons
Private gymnastics lessons with an Infinity Gymnastics coach are available for current or newly invited team members only. These one-on-one sessions provide focused instruction to help athletes strengthen general skills, improve technique on specific apparatus and build confidence in targeted areas.
Team Conditioning
An additional add-on program for current gymnastics team members focused on conditioning and bar skills. Participants must be enrolled in the monthly team program. This program follows the team schedule for holidays and break weeks.

Progressive Gymnastics & Tumbling Classes
Baby Ninja is a fun, active program where little ones bond with their grown-up while building coordination, body awareness and motor skills through play and movement. Children also develop social skills and learn to follow instruction in an engaging, supportive environment. Designed for stable walkers through age 3.
This instructional preschool gymnastics class introduces children to vault, bars, beam, floor and tumble trak while building strength, coordination and confidence. Participants are evaluated every other month to track progress in this independent class. Children must be potty-trained, and parents observe from the hallway.
This boys-only preschool gymnastics class keeps energetic kids moving through exciting floor circuits and gymnastics equipment like vault, bars, beam and tumble trak. Participants build coordination, strength and confidence in a fun, active environment. Children must be potty-trained to participate.
For beginners, age 5-14 with for formal gymnastics training. Skills are taught on all pieces of equipment (vault, bars, beam, floor, and tumble trak.)
For gymnasts who have completed and/or tested out of the previous level program. Skills are taught on all pieces of equipment (vault, bars, beam, floor, and tumble trak.) Evaluations will occur every other month to monitor progress.

Infinity Gymnastics athletes competing in the USA Gymnastics Development Program Levels 5, 6, 7 and 8 continue to build advanced strength, flexibility and optional routine skills while progressing through increasingly challenging competitive opportunities.
Level 5
Level 5 is the first required competitive level in the USA Gymnastics Development Program and focuses on mastering foundational compulsory routines, proper technique and consistency across all four events. Gymnasts must achieve a qualifying mobility score to advance to Level 6.
Level 6
Level 6 introduces optional competition, allowing gymnasts to perform individualized routines while continuing to develop advanced skills, strength and artistry. Athletes must earn the required mobility score at sanctioned meets to progress to Level 7.
Level 7
Level 7 builds on optional competition with more advanced skill requirements and increased difficulty on vault, bars, beam and floor. Gymnasts continue refining execution and routine composition while working toward qualifying scores for Level 8 advancement.
Level 8
Level 8 is an advanced optional level that challenges gymnasts with higher-level skills, greater routine difficulty and stronger performance expectations. Athletes may qualify for Regional Championships and continue progressing toward upper-level USA Gymnastics competition opportunities.
How to Register:
Xcel Silver: Builds on the Bronze foundation with slightly increased skill difficulty. Equivalent to DP Levels 2–3.
Xcel Gold: The first level that requires gymnasts to achieve specific mobility scores (typically an All-Around score of 31.00 at a prior level) to compete. Equivalent to DP Levels 4–5.
Xcel Platinum: A more advanced level requiring higher skill difficulty, such as performing a specific number of "B" value parts. Equivalent to DP Levels 5–7.
Xcel Diamond: An advanced-to-elite level for experienced gymnasts, roughly equating to DP Levels 7–8 (or higher).

Gymnastics Summer Camp
Gymnastics Team
Competitive levels of athletes will enjoy this opportunity to work on upskills and master skills in their current level. Current River Crossing YMCA team members or team members from visiting teams are welcome. Campers should be minimum of Xcel Silver or Competition Level 3 or above to join this camp.
Cheer Tumble
Learn basic cheers and dance routines in the morning. In the afternoon, practice tumbling skills in the gymnastics center.
Obstacle Ninja
Run through an obstacle course like a warrior! Train to do just that with strength and conditioning exercises, daily challenges and ninja courses.

About Infinity Gymnastics
River Crossing YMCA Gymnastics Center is home to Infinity Gymnastics, a competitive gymnastics program that helps athletes build confidence, strength and advanced skills in a supportive, high-energy training environment. Designed for dedicated gymnasts ages 5–18, the invitation-only team offers progressive training opportunities from Level 5 through Level 8 and Xcel Silver through Diamond, with athletes competing at local, regional and national meets. The program has a long-standing tradition of success, earning multiple state titles and consistently qualifying gymnasts for YMCA Nationals for more than 20 years.
Athletes train on state-of-the-art equipment, including a full AAI spring floor, competition vaults, bars, balance beams and TumblTrak systems, while receiving guidance from experienced coaches focused on technique, conditioning, goal setting and personal growth. In addition to team practices, Infinity Gymnastics also offers private lessons and specialized conditioning programs to help athletes continue progressing both individually and competitively.
