Zane Moore, President/CEO
Under the leadership of Zane Moore, the separate YMCAs from Lower, Central and Upper Bucks County, Lehigh County and Northampton County in Pennsylvania and Hunterdon County in New Jersey were merged ultimately forming River Crossing YMCA. This new association, comprising twelve membership branches, thirteen child care centers and two outdoor camp facilities, serves over 142,000 community members and provides millions of dollars in charitable community benefit annually.
With a background in national leadership and business ownership in the for-profit fitness industry, Moore started his Y career in 2005 at Somerset Hills YMCA where he was the Chief Operating Officer until 2011 when he joined then Central Bucks Family YMCA as President/CEO. He serves in numerous roles and active committees within the national Y movement, and currently serves as the Chair of the Pennsylvania State Alliance of YMCAs. Moore is a graduate of West Chester University, receiving their Distinguished Alumni award in 2021. He resides in Bucks County, PA with his family.
Virginia Doyle, Chief Financial Officer
Virginia Doyle has worked with our YMCA for over 30 years and has been actively involved in capital expansion projects and the merger of Lower, Central, Upper Bucks County, Lehigh County and Northampton County in PA and Hunterdon County in NJ. Doyle leads the PA State Alliance of YMCA’s Finance Cohort and frequently guides Ys in areas related to financial sustainability and resource management. Her education includes an undergraduate degree in Finance, a Master of Science in Taxation and MBA in Accounting. Doyle has also managed accounting for Big Brothers/Big Sisters, Head Start in New Jersey and the National Constitution Center in Philadelphia. She has been honored with accounting and business awards in the greater Philadelphia area. She resides in Yardley, PA with her husband John.
Tricia Feinthel, Chief Operations Officer
Trish Feinthel joined the Y movement in 1997 in aquatics at Fanwood-Scotch Plains YMCA advancing to Senior Program Director, followed by The Gateway Family YMCA as an Associate Branch Executive. Feinthel served as Aquatics Chair for NJ State Alliance as well as Recognition Chair for Chapter 17, YPN. While at The Gateway Family YMCA, she also served as lead for the Y-USA National Health and Wellness Gulick Collaborative. Joining River Crossing YMCA in 2011, Feinthel drives a member-focused culture; aligning programs, services, facilities and practices county-wide and leading excellence in operations through empowering and educating staff while protecting members through strong, proven risk management practices. She holds the highest certification as a Y-USA Organizational Leader, is a Listen First Trainer and has delivered thousands of trainings both locally and nationally regarding staff culture and member service. She currently serves as a Service Delivery Partner in membership for Y-USA. Trish is a graduate of Rutgers University and resides in Hunterdon County, NJ with her husband and family.
Fran Cardaci, Chief Human Resources Officer
Fran Cardaci joined River Crossing YMCA’s executive leadership team in July of 2023. Prior to becoming an employee, Fran held several volunteer leadership roles for YMCA of Bucks and Hunterdon Counties, including Chief Volunteer Officer of the Association Board of Directors, Chair of the Trustees, and Chair of the Governance Committee. Cardaci has worked in the Human Resources industry for 25+years, holding HR and senior leadership positions at Givaudan, RCM Technologies, ADP and Oracle. She was responsible for the Retention, Advocacy and Growth initiatives for these firms’ largest and most invested clients in the HR and Healthcare technology spaces. Fran has spoken at many HR industry-related events and has had the opportunity to lead large-scale strategic HR initiatives. Most recently she has been recognized with ADP’s Global Women’s Role Model award, YMCA of the USA’s Women of Excellence award and locally with the Lois Burpee Service award. Fran resides in Bucks County, PA with her family.
Debbie Sontupe, Chief Development Officer
Debbie Sontupe brings nearly 30 years of experience in fundraising, major gifts, board development, communications and nonprofit management in both the nonprofit and higher education sectors to her role. Sontupe is also the President of Match Nonprofit Consulting and has worked with YMCAs across the United States in all aspects of financial development. Previously, she has held leadership positions at Mercy College in NY, Rutgers University, and YMCAs in NJ, including Vice President of Development and Marketing for the Somerset Hills YMCA. She has managed very large campaigns including a $1 billion comprehensive campaign initiative for Rutgers. Sontupe earned her Bachelor's Degree from Rutgers University and holds a Masters of Education from the Graduate School of Education, Rutgers University. She resides in Morristown, NJ with her husband Dan and their children, Justin and Sarah.
Amanda Wappes, Chief Marketing Officer
Amanda Wappes has over 30 years of marketing and communications experience in both the for-profit and nonprofit sectors. Her work includes developing strategic marketing plans and promotions, market positioning, branding, communications, public relations, and media management to both regional and international organizations. She has spent the past 18 years working within the YMCA movement in a variety of marketing and fundraising roles, joining River Crossing YMCA in 2015. Wappes is the staff lead for the organization's volunteer Marketing & Communications Committee, co-chairs the Diversity, Inclusion and Global Engagement Committee, co-leads the PA State Alliance of YMCA’s Marketing Cohort and is a Service Delivery Partner in the area of marketing and communications for Y-USA. She has a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Management from Widener University and resides in Montgomery County, PA with her family.
Debbie Tettemer, Executive Assistant to Zane Moore, President/CEO
Debbie Tettemer has been with our YMCA since 2011, serving as Zane’s assistant since 2013. For 8 years, she served as the Conference Coordinator for the YMCA Region 1 CEO Conference working with the committee of Y CEOs from across the northeast. Tettemer has served in administrative support roles with Central Bucks School District, American Express, United Airlines and local real estate companies to name a few. She resides in Bucks County, PA with her family.

Danielle Cioffi, Senior Vice President of Operations, Central Bucks Region
Danielle Cioffi is senior vice president of operations for the Central Bucks Region for the River Crossing YMCA. Danielle also serves as the leader of association summer camp. Danielle first joined the Y movement in 2009 and our association in 2018. Danielle earned her Bachelor of Art in Health & Fitness Management from Concordia University and her Master of Science in Sports Management from Indiana University of Pennsylvania. Danielle grew up as a "Y Kid" and loves that she is able to support our community as a Y Professional. Danielle resides in Solebury with her husband and two boys.

Justin Grand - Branch Director, Doylestown
Justin Grand is the branch director for the Doylestown branch, providing leadership to the Doylestown and Warminster branch membership experience. Justin earned his Bachelor of Science in Sports Management and a minor in Economics from Rutgers University in 2010. Justin has served the YMCA community since 2015 and has over 13 years of for-profit and non-profit membership and health and wellness industry experience. Prior to serving the Doylestown and Warminster communities, Justin provided leadership in the Hunterdon County region while serving on various Chamber of Commerce committees, the YPN Chapter 17 Board, and as YPN Membership Peer Community Chair. Justin is also very passionate about the endurance community, serving as the race director for the YMCA Bucks County Strong 5K and YMCA Kids Triathlon events.

Kristin Heimall, Vice President of Operations - Hunterdon Region
Kristin is a lifelong resident of Hunterdon County and has worked at the Hunterdon Region of the YMCA for 30 years. As the VP of operations in the Hunterdon Region she works collaboratively with the branch team as well as offsite school age and preschool child care teams. Throughout her career, she has had the opportunity to work directly with youth through camp, school age child care, and family programs and is a trainer in Darkness to Light child abuse prevention program. Kristin was an integral leader through the merger of the YMCA of Bucks and Hunterdon Counties, partnering with the management teams to align systems and programs to better serve our community. Kristin has a Bachelor of Arts in Recreation Management from Davis and Elkins College and maintains her Multi-Team and Branch Leader Certification from Y-USA. Kristin resides in Califon with her husband who she met at the YMCA.

Andrew Yannarella, Senior Vice President of Operations - Lower Bucks Region
Andrew has served the Y since summer, 2008 when he began as a sports intern in the Central Bucks Region. At the Doylestown branch, he was quickly hired and worked his way up through leadership positions serving youth and adult sports leagues and programs. In 2022, he transitioned to the Lower Region as Vice President of Operations. Andrew has a Bachelor of Science in Sports Management from York College of Pennsylvania and an MBA from Delaware Valley University.

Allyson Fox, Senior Vice President of Operations - Upper Bucks Region
Allyson has spent over 20 years as a Y professional serving Upper Bucks County. As the VP of Operations in the Upper Bucks Region in partnership with the branch team, Allyson oversees operations of the Quakertown branch. Allyson also serves as the leader of association membership operations. Allyson played an intricate role in bringing systems together during the merger and launched the Call Center in 2020 to provide better service. Allyson strives to align all membership operations across the organization to provide exceptional member service to all members, program participants and guests. Allyson has a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from Shippensburg University and maintains her Multi-Team and Branch Leader Certification from Y-USA. Allyson resides in the area with her husband and two daughters.

Crystal Messer, Vice President of Operations - Lehigh Valley Region
Crystal Messer became a dedicated YMCA employee in 2007 as the Assistant Childcare Director at the Bethlehem YMCA. She has worked in several roles at several branches in the Lehigh Valley as part of the Greater Valley YMCA association including branch director and vice president of childcare. Crystal has been a leader in the youth development field in the expansion of government-funded programs like Pre-K Counts and Infant Toddler Contracted Slots to enhance quality programming for our youngest generation. She is an Elementary Education graduate from York College of Pennsylvania with a concentration in math. Crystal is originally from New Jersey, where she lived until college, and now resides in the Lehigh Valley since 2007 with her husband and two boys.

Ryan Hazelett, Senior Vice President of Child Development
Ryan Hazelett proudly serves as Senior Vice President of Child Development for River Crossing YMCA. Ryan leads and oversees all early childhood and before and after school programs. Ryan has over 15 years of child development experience and has served in various leadership positions within the department. Ryan first joined the Y movement in 2010 when he began working as an after school and camp counselor. He holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Early Childhood Education with a specialization in Leadership and is currently pursuing his MBA in Organizational Management. Ryan is a 2024 graduate of the YMCA PA State Alliance Keystone Leadership Academy. He resides in Bucks County, PA with his wife Ashley and their daughter, Fallon.
Andrea Brown, Senior Vice President of Health and Wellness
Andrea Brown joined the Y movement in 2013 as a group fitness instructor. Her love of fitness and passion for helping others is the catalyst for her career growth with the Y. Today, Andrea proudly serves as Senior Vice President of Health and Wellness at River Crossing YMCA.
Andrea holds both her Personal Trainer and Group Fitness Instructor Certification with the American Council on Exercise (ACE), is a Precision Nutrition Level 1 Nutrition Coach, and holds several specialty certifications in movement, nutrition and mental health. Andrea received her BSBA in Marketing at the College of New Jersey.
Andrea resides in Lower Bucks County with her husband and two boys, and believes strongly in the importance of instilling healthy behaviors and habits early, and right at home.
Frank Barlow, Senior Vice President of Facilities and Risk Management
Frank Barlow is the Senior VP of Facilities and Risk Management and has 33 years of experience with the YMCA movement serving in various roles from MIS Director to COO of the Hunterdon County YMCA and now manages facility teams and supports capital projects across the River Crossing YMCA Association. He has served in multiple community organizations such as the Chamber of Commerce and on various non-profit boards. Frank earned a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration and a minor in Spanish from Rider University and holds the YMCA Organizational Leader certification. Growing up in the YMCA, he believes in its mission, values and is grateful to support its community impact.
