All guests must complete a <guest waiver> at their first visit.
For anyone over 18 years old, a valid driver's license (or photo ID) must be presented upon the first visit. First time guests must have their picture taken and be screened through our Raptor security system. Please allow up to 15 minutes for this process.
At that time the guest must complete the Guest Sign-in form and sign the waiver. The guest will then be entered into our system as a non-member. "Raptor Checked" and "Waiver Signed" will be indicated on their non-member account for future reference.
ALL guests 17 and younger MUST have a parent or legal guardian sign the guest form and waiver. The parent/guardian must come to the YMCA upon the first visit to sign the waiver. Please note, any previous waivers signed on "inactive" accounts are no longer valid and a new one must be signed upon first visit as a 'guest'. Once a youth has a new waiver signed, it will be indicated on their account for future reference.
