Stand Up is a free, donor-supported 6-week program designed for young men (ages 12-15) to enhance their self-image through exercise, learning to cultivate positive relationships, and developing self-reliance.

Program runs in fall, spring and summer Deer Path, Doylestown, Fairless Hills, and Quakertown.

The Program

This free program includes:

✔️  Participation in the 6-week Stand Up Program which includes activities fitness center workouts, group exercise, samplers and interactive programming to promote self-development. 

✔️  Six week program includes goal setting & get to know yourself (week 1), mental health/stress management (week 2), healthy habits/nutrition (week 3), healthy relationships (recognizing toxic relationships, ethics & core values) (week 4), taking the next step (college/trade/career exploration) (week 5) and leadership (week 6) with a variety of group activities including workouts, cooking, team sports, guest speakers and a service project.

✔️  Two-month teen membership to the Y
 

Who qualifies:

✔️  Teen boys age age 12- 15
