Doylestown Health will be at the Doylestown branch to share information and answer questions about their Palliative Care Program. Doylestown’s Palliative Care program is for anyone living with a chronic health condition, be it cancer, COPD, heart disease, kidney disease, liver disease, or neurological disorders. We strive to help improve the quality of life for our patients through symptom management, maximizing function, and helping provide clear goals of care throughout the disease process.
