Stand Up - Begins week of Oct 9
Deer Path/Flemington, Doylestown, Warminster, Fairless Hills, Quakertown
Boys, age 12-15 | Designed for young men to enhance their self-image through physical activity, healthy relationships, and confidence-building. The Pathway program sessions include Fitness Center workouts, group exercise, samplers and interactive programming to promote self-development (6-week hybrid program, one class at the branch, and one virtual class)
Empower U- Begins week of Oct 9
Deer Path/Flemington, Doylestown, Warminster, Fairless Hills, Quakertown
A free, 12-week wellness program for teen girls age 12-15, designed to strengthen self-esteem, positive relationships and overall health (6-week hybrid program, one class at the branch, and one virtual class)
Healthy Horizons - Begins week of Sept 25
Doylestown, Fairless Hills, Quakertown
A 12-week program designed to promote physical health and well-being and encourage community connection for those in the mental health recovery process.
Healthy Lifestyles Begins week of Sept 25
Deer Path, Doylestown, Fairless Hills, Quakertown, Warminster
A free, 12-week program, open to all adults who are at risk for developing Type 2 Diabetes; focusing on lifestyle/behavior modification.
THRIVE Begins week of Sept 25
Doylestown, Fairless Hills
A 12-week program to support cancer survivors with an evidence-based cancer survivorship program. Focusing on recovering strength, endurance and an overall sense of well-being.
Veterans Wellness Begins week of Sept 25
Deer Path/Flemington, Doylestown, Fairless Hills, Quakertown, Warminster
A free, 12-week program dedicated to our veterans and their families, designed to nurture health, wellness and connection while providing a support network.
We all Wheel Begins Oct 2
Doylestown
A staff-led, recreational youth wheelchair basketball program that includes drills, practice and games. A program where children with lower-body-extremity disabilities can play wheelchair basketball with their able-bodied peers. For ages 9-15, registration is for able-bodied children and children with lower-body-extremity disabilities.
