Join us for a cooking demonstration with Alek Dineson, MS, RDN, PN1, and learn how to take a healthier twist on some of your favorite holiday recipes. Butternut squash and quinoa stuffing, garlic mashed cauliflower, and cinnamon-baked pears are on the menu. Participants will get to sample each recipe, registration is required for all attendees.
Free for Y members
$20 for non-member guests.
Open to ages 12 and up.
All participants 12 - 15 must be accompanied by an adult.
