Welcome to the Bethlehem Affordable Housing Program, where we provide safe, comfortable, and affordable living options for individuals in the heart of Bethlehem. Our facilities offer a range of accommodations including furnished single rooms, efficiency apartments, and units designed for individuals with disabilities. Our commitment to inclusivity is reflected in our supportive environment, which offers amenities such as shared bath areas, private mailboxes, a computer/library center, on-site security, and easy access to public transportation. With heat, water, and parking included in rent, and a variety of lease options available, we aim to make quality housing accessible to all.

• One month’s security deposit required
• Rent due first day of each month
• Availability determined by applicant’s income (20,40 or 60% of median)
• Full-time property manager on site
• Child abuse clearance, credit check, criminal check and previous landlord verifications needed
• Non-refundable $40 application fee required
• Bethlehem Affordable Housing is a non-smoking facility.
