Summer Shred is a 6-week program that provides community, support and accountability through weekly in-person small group workouts led by a River Crossing YMCA coach, weekly check-ins for personalized support and expert nutrition guidance to fuel your results! Whether you're looking to shed fat, build muscle, or simply feel more energized, this challenge is for anyone who’s ready to take their fitness to the next level.

Member Pricing: $299
Non-member pricing: $478 (includes full facility membership for duration of program!)
