Two years may not seem like a very long time to an adult, but a lot can happen for a teen in two years. It was two years ago that Ryder, a seventh grader in middle school, stopped by the Quakertown branch of the YMCA to inquire about the 7th Grade Membership Initiative.

The Child Learning Center of YMCA of Bucks and Hunterdon Counties has announced the first Open House for families to visit its newly constructed classrooms and children’s indoor gross motor play area. The Open House is scheduled for Saturday, September 30, 11 AM-2 PM, at the center at 1410 HWY 22 West in Annandale.

YMCA of Bucks and Hunterdon Counties has awarded its two most recent past chief volunteer officers, Fran Cardaci and Rich Lovely, with the Lois Burpee Award for service to the community.
