Registering for Summer Camp
Registering for summer camp at River Crossing YMCA is easy! Follow our step-by-step instructions and get started now!
For summer 2025, how you register for summer camp depends on where you live and your home branch. Follow the guide below for the county where you live:
Online registration is available for our Bucks and Hunterdon County branches.
1-Select your preferred camp location
Please visit our website summer camp directory to select the camp location of your choice.
2-Registration Menu at Top Right
The top of each summer camp webpage includes a menu with everything you need to plan and register for summer camp including:
REGISTER
• Online Registration
• Camp registration forms
• Camp grid - to help you easily plan your summer!
• Changes & Cancellation form (just in case you need to make a change after registration)
• Child Health Report form (separated from the camp forms, if needed)
• CIT Camp Application (where applicable)
• Camp Handbook (be sure to read this before camp begins)
CAMP BROCHURE
• Click "Camp Brochure" to see the brochure for your summer camp. Each brochure is different!
FINANCIAL ASSISTANCE
• Cliick "Financial Assistance" to learn more about applying for assistance for summer camp
Using the menu bar at the top right of the page, navigate to REGISTER for links to:
3-Register Online
• Click "REGISTER" to be navigated to the Daxko registration page for camp.
• Login to your account or create an online login. Important: If you already have an account, please
log into that youth, teen or family account. Do not create a new account.
• Need support? Please call our Call Center (215) 999-9622 or visit the Welcome Center of the branch closest to your home.
4-Select your Camps
- Click to select the program(s) of your choice.
- Continue to register for all desired programs for the summer.
When registering for multiple camps, fully complete your first camp registration to save your registration answers to your account. You may then register again for multiple camps in the same transaction with your default registration answers already completed.
5-Child Health Form
Print and have Child Health Form filled in by doctor. The form is required the Wednesday prior to your campers first day at camp. Email your child’s health assessment to your camp email address. You can find your camp email address on our your camp webpage under "contact"
Before & During Camp
• Please read the Summer Camp Handbook for more information regarding FAQs including our camp change and cancelation policies.
• Be sure to read weekly camp emails (received the week prior to each camp week) which contain important information about camp. These emails are our main form of communication. If you unsubscribe to these emails, please understand that you may not receive important information.
Lehigh Valley families register for camp in-person at their branch.

If possible, fill in and print your registration packet and camp grid (see step 2).

• Camp grid - to help you easily plan your summer - print and indicate your preferred weeks!
• Changes & Cancellation form (just in case you need to make a change after registration)
• Child Health Report form (separated from the camp forms, if needed)
• CIT Camp Application (where applicable)
• Camp Handbook (be sure to read this before camp begins)

3-Locate and Visit your branch
Please visit your local River Crossing YMCA branch. You can find the address and contact information for your closest branch on our locations webpage
Bring the completed registration packet and camp grid with you or complete them at the branch if you have no printer.
A Membership Engagement Representatives (MER) will gladly accept your packet at the branch Welcome Center. The MER will indicate that your registration has been received in our internal systems.
4- Registration completed
A member from our Camp Leadership Team will contact you to complete the camp registration process and collect deposit.
*Please note your camper's registration is not complete until you have received this phone call and deposits have been made
