YMCA Community Gardens provide a space to grow fresh produce, learn sustainable gardening, and connect with others. Join us in promoting wellness and healthy living! River Crossing YMCA association gardens are available for community use or for use by members and programs, depending on location.

Bethlehem YMCA Community Garden
The Bethlehem YMCA Community Garden at 430 East Broad Street, Bethlehem, PA, is a vibrant space supporting YMCA programming. It’s utilized for Senior Hub activities, cooking projects during lunch and learns, childcare and camp initiatives, and by gardening hobbyists. The garden is available to YMCA members and participants in our programs.

Deer Path Community Garden, Annandale, NJ
The community garden at our Round Valley branch is provided through a grant through NJ Healthy Communities Network and in partnership with volunteers including Bobby Fodera, Boy Scout as part of his Eagle Scout project.

Doylestown Garden
The garden at our Doylestown branch was developed in partnership with Bucks Beautiful and is maintained by volunteers and utilized during the late spring and summer for youth education and summer camp programs.

Forks Education Center
The Forks Education Center Community Garden at 1350 Sullivan Trail, Easton, PA, is a valuable resource for YMCA programs. It’s utilized for cooking projects during lunch and learns, childcare activities, and by gardening hobbyists.

Slate Belt YMCA Community Garden
The Slate Belt YMCA Community Garden at 315 W. Pennsylvania Avenue, Pen Argyl, PA, serves as a dynamic resource for YMCA programs. It supports Senior Hub activities, cooking projects for lunch and learns, childcare and camp, and gardening enthusiasts. Exclusively available to YMCA members and program participants.

Suburban North Community Garden
The Suburban North Community Garden at 880 Walnut Street, Catasauqua, PA, is a thriving space supporting YMCA programs and activities. It’s utilized by Active Older Adults (AOA), for cooking projects during lunch and learns, childcare and camp, and gardening hobbyists. The garden is available to YMCA members and program participants.
