Stroke & Turn Clinics - Bethlehem

Stroke and Turn Clinics help swimmers improve technique and build endurance while being introduced to the fundamentals of competitive swimming. Participants will work on stroke refinement, open and flip turns, and diving starts through age-appropriate drills, games, and activities. Clinics maintain a low instructor-to-swimmer ratio of 1:8 for personalized attention.
