Trip Cancellations
Cancellations due to inclement weather will be decided by 11:00 am the day of the trip and then posted on the Nazareth Branch Facebook. Announcements will also be made at the schools. Cancelled trips will be made up at the end of the scheduled program.

Supervision
A minimum of two Y Chaperones are always on the bus and available at the Y table located in the main lodge; participants can easily locate a chaperone with any questions or concerns. Additional chaperones are available on the slopes throughout the evening.
