Change happens and we’re here to help. Use the form below to request a change or cancellation to your child’s summer camp registration at any of our Bucks County YMCA locations.
This form applies to registrations for Doylestown, Fairless Hills, Holland, New Hope-Solebury, Quakertown and Warminster.
Please note:
- All changes and cancellations must be submitted 14 days before the billing date.
- Changes will be made based on availability. You will be contacted if your selection is not available to be placed on a waitlist or for other options we have available. If you are not contacted your change/cancellation request has been completed in our system.
- One form per child.
- If you need to cancel a camp registration, your deposit is non-refundable.
- If you need to change a camp, there will be a $10 change fee charged to your billing method on file. By completing this form you are giving permission to charge your payment method on file the $10 fee at the time of change. No refunds or credits will be given for any cancellations made after being billed.
