River Crossing YMCA is sharing an important update regarding Myzone live displays across its branches. Effective February 1 at the Warminster Branch, March 1 at Fairless Hills, April 1 at Quakertown and June 1 at Doylestown, Myzone live displays will no longer be offered in River Crossing YMCA facilities.

River Crossing YMCA has valued its partnership with Myzone over the years and was an early adopter of the technology at both the Doylestown and Warminster branches. The YMCA later expanded Myzone to the Fairless Hills and Quakertown branches in 2022 and relaunched the program at Doylestown and Warminster with the goal of increasing engagement and growing the Myzone community. Despite these efforts, overall participation and engagement did not reach anticipated levels.

As fitness technology continues to evolve, many members now choose from a wide variety of wearable devices to track workouts, many of which integrate seamlessly into individual fitness routines. After careful consideration, River Crossing YMCA determined this to be an appropriate time to sunset Myzone live displays and reallocate resources toward programs, equipment and services that benefit a broader range of members.

What This Means for Current Myzone Users

While Myzone live display screens in YMCA facilities will no longer be connected, members who currently use Myzone can continue tracking their workouts through the Myzone app on personal devices. Workout data will remain viewable in real time through the smartphone app.

No action is required from members. Myzone will automatically remove River Crossing YMCA as the associated facility and assign an independent Myzone user code, allowing uninterrupted access to accounts and workout history.

This decision was made thoughtfully and with member experience in mind. River Crossing YMCA remains committed to listening to its community, adapting to evolving needs and investing in ways that best support member health, wellness and overall YMCA experience.

Members with questions are encouraged to connect with the YMCA team. River Crossing YMCA appreciates the continued support of its community and thanks members for being a valued part of the organization.
