SOLECO Pool Membership registration guide

River Crossing YMCA is thrilled to manage the SOLECO pool for the summer season!

The guide below will provide all the information you need to successfully purchase a membership or register for programs at SOLECO Pool. When you’re ready to get started:

1. Select your category
   Memberships, swim lessons, swim team, etc.
2. Select a specific membership type or program, then click Register.
3. Login to your YMCA Account
   Enter the email address or phone number associated with your River Crossing YMCA account. Not sure if you have an account? Enter the email or phone you most commonly use for online accounts.  *Can’t find your account or being prompted to sign up for a new account? See FAQs & Troubleshooting for instructions on how to sign up.*
4. Enter your account Password
   If you do not remember your password, choose the Forgot Password option to reset your password or log in using a one-time code. *Can’t reset your password? See FAQs & Troubleshooting for help logging into your account.*
5. Select the Member you want to register.
   If you are purchasing a Family Membership, select the individual you wish to be listed as the primary person on the membership.
6. Review the membership or program added to your cart 
   Choose to Add More Programs or proceed to Checkout.
7. Select your Payment Method
   Select an existing payment method or add a new payment method and click Pay.
8. Awesome! Your registration is complete.
   You will receive an email receipt for your transaction.
    

Registration FAQs and Troubleshooting

Why am I being asked to sign up for a new account? 

You have either never had an account with our current River Crossing YMCA membership system or you are trying to login with a different email address or phone number than the one currently listed on your account. If you believe you already have an account, click Already a member? Try another email address or phone.

If you do not have an account with the YMCA, click the Sign Up button, and proceed as follows:

• Choose Quakertown as the YMCA branch for your online account to be associated with.
• If you wish to join the YMCA as a full member for facility access and other great benefits, choose the membership option that is appropriate for you.
• If you only intend to purchase a SOLECO pool membership or register for a program at this time, select the Non-Member option. Enter the requested information to complete your account setup.
• If you are registering for a program for a child, add them to the account as well.

I clicked Forgot Password but I received an error message.

You may already have multiple accounts in our system. Contact our Welcome Center with questions, 215-999-9622.
