Join the River Crossing YMCA's Flying Leprechaun Fun Run on March 8, 2025, at Warminster Community Park. This 1-mile race for kids ages 12 and under features a scenic course, festive costumes, finisher medals, and a post-race Pot of Gold Runway Party.​

Calling all Flying Leprechauns! It's takeoff time. Be a part of something special - the 2nd annual YMCA Flying Leprechaun Fun Run! Between the 1940s and 1993, our historic naval base right in the heart of Warminster Township was in full flight. Fast forward 21 years later, a little magic and a whole lot of luck is about to happen! Join us we take fast flight once again - this time as our community youth ages 12 and under earn their wings and become Flying Leprechauns as they run, walk, crawl or stroll their way to the finish! In partnership with Warminster Township Parks and Recreation, River Crossing YMCA is proud to host this 'lucky day' as children start their engines, soar over the hills and through the woods, and find their pot of gold treasure with a one-of-a-kind runway finish during this beautiful, scenic and historic 1-mile Fun Run course.

Leprechaun costumes are encouraged for that touchdown landing, photo finish, and family friendly post-race Pot of Gold Runway Party!

All participants receive a race shirt, well-earned finisher's medal, and post-race refreshments. But don't wait - this lucky day is sure to strike some gold.
