YMCA Camp Hunterdon Change and Cancellation Form

Change happens and we’re here to help. Use the form below to request a change or cancellation to your child’s summer camp registration at any of our Hunterdon County YMCA locations. 

This form applies to registrations for Camp Carr in Annandale, Deer Path YMCA in Flemington, Echo Hill Park in Flemington and our Lambertville and Tewksbury camp sites.

Please note:

• All changes and cancellations must be submitted 14 days before the billing date.
• Changes will be made based on availability.
  • You will be contacted if your selection is not available to be placed on a waitlist or for other options we have available.
  • If you are not contacted your change/cancellation request has been completed in our system.
  • If you need to change a camp, there will be a $10 change fee charged to your billing method on file. By completing this form you are giving permission to charge your payment method on file the $10 fee at the time of change.
  • If you need to cancel a camp registration, your deposit is non-refundable.
  • No refunds or credits will be given for any cancellations made after being billed.
