YMCA Camp Lehigh & Northampton Change and Cancellation Form

Change happens and we’re here to help. Use the form below to request a change or cancellation to your child’s summer camp registration at any of our Lehigh and Northampton YMCA locations. 

This form applies to summer camp registrations in Allentown, Bethlehem, Easton/Phillipsburg, Magungie, Nazareth, Slate Belt, and Whitehall. 

Please note:

• All changes and cancellations must be submitted 14 days before the billing date.
• Changes will be made based on availability.
  • You will be contacted if your selection is not available to be placed on a waitlist or for other options we have available.
  • If you are not contacted your change/cancellation request has been completed in our system.
  • If you need to change a camp, there will be a $10 change fee charged to your billing method on file. By completing this form you are giving permission to charge your payment method on file the $10 fee at the time of change.
  • If you need to cancel a camp registration, your deposit is non-refundable.
  • No refunds or credits will be given for any cancellations made after being billed.
