We have exciting news: our new phone app is now available for download in your phone’s app store! To download the new app, click this link for iPhone or this link for Android.  

What’s new
Our new app is designed to elevate your membership experience. Here is what you can look forward to:
 

  • Direct integration with our membership software
    • phone app

      For the sync to work successfully, you must create your app account using the same email address associated with your membership profile, which is also the email you received this communication at. If you do not know the email address associated with your membership profile, you can access your membership account here using your phone number or call 215.999.9622 for assistance.

    • Have children on your membership account? Their barcodes will also be available in your app profile for added convenience at check-in
    • Easily track your visits
  • Schedules
    • Group exercise, pool and gymnasium schedules are now easily a tap away! 
    • Beginning July 1, 2026, you will be required to register in advance for group exercise classes. You can register up to 14 days in advance for classes, meaning registration opens June 17 for classes held on July 1. Once a class fills, you can add your name to the waitlist. This new reservation system will ensure you have a guaranteed spot in your favorite class and will support your efforts in building a wellness routine.

      Easily request equipment orientations and fitness consultations
  • Y Wellness 24/7
    • Can’t make it to the Y to workout? Y Wellness 24/7 offers virtual wellness available anytime from anywhere.

    • Celebrate your milestones with badges
    • We’ve improved our app rewards programs with new rewards! Points accumulated in our old app through May 25 will automatically transfer to our new app. Points earned between May 26 and June 2 will be manually transferred by June 30, 2026. 
  • View hours
    • From the homescreen, you can view hours for all branches of River Crossing YMCA plus hours for branch amenities including Stay & Play, Metro Esports Lounge, NinjaZone and Skatepark.

Download the River Crossing YMCA app from your phone’s app store and log in using the email address associated with your membership account.

Yes, you can download the app to your iPad by following this link

The current app will terminate on June 30, 2026, and will no longer function as of July 1, 2026. For an enhanced and streamlined experience, members are encouraged to download the new app.

The new app syncs with our membership software (Daxko), which means that all active members will have access to the full-member view of the app. Non-members can still download the app and select ‘check-in as guest’, but will have a limited view of the app and its features. In order for actions completed within the app to sync with our membership software, the app account must be created with the same email address that is listed in our membership software (Daxko).

 

You can click this link to log in with your phone number to view your membership profile online. If that is unsuccessful, you can call 215.999.9622 for support or email @email

As a first-time app user, you will need to tap ‘First time login’ to enter your email address on file in our membership software. Then you will receive a pin. Once you enter your pin, you can create a password and are welcome to use the same password so you don’t have to remember multiple passwords.

This means that the email address that was entered into the app doesn’t match what is on your membership profile. Please refer to the question above about accessing the email address associated with your membership profile.

Yes! From the main page of the app, tap the blue ‘check-in’ button to view the barcodes of members on your account.

No, you cannot add your own family members to the app. However, if you tap the blue ‘check-in’ button, you can swipe to see all of the barcodes for those on your membership profile. If you aren’t seeing barcodes, please call 215.999.9622 for support or email communicationsupport@ymcarivercrossing.org.

No, if family members are all on separate memberships, their barcodes will not be synced in the same app profile.

Create an account in the app using a unique email address that is linked to your child’s membership account. Then, you can toggle between accounts on the app.

Yes! There are no age restrictions for the app.

As a parent, you reserve the right to decide if your child can download the app. If your child has a phone and you would like for them to be able to scan in conveniently through the app, you can encourage them to download the app but it is not necessary or required. 

Yes! From the main screen, tap on your initials in the top left corner. Tap on ‘My Profile’ to update your name, email and profile photo.

From the main screen, tap on your initials in the top left corner. From here, tap on ‘My Facility Scans’ to see visits for the month.

Yes! From the main screen, tap on your initials in the top left corner. From here, tap on ‘Change Preferred Facility’ to make the change for their app view. This will not change your home location on your membership profile. 

From the main screen, tap on your initials in the top left corner. From here, tap on ‘Change Password’ to update your password.

No, updating your password for your membership profile will not update your app password and vice versa. 

From the main screen, tap on your initials in the top left corner. From here, tap on ‘Connect Your Health Data’ to begin the syncing process.

Make sure push notifications are turned on in your phone’s settings. Push notifications that were sent can also be viewed from the main screen by tapping on the bell icon in the top right corner.

Classes that have been favorited can be found by tapping on the icon that says ‘More’ from the bottom menu, then by tapping on ‘Favorites’. 

Record workouts by tapping on the icon that says ‘More’ from the bottom menu, then by tapping on ‘Activity log’. From here, tap on the purple plus button on the bottom right corner.

Members do not need to reserve classes beginning with the June 2 launch. This feature will be rolled out in the next launch stage on June 17.

This change ensures every member has a guaranteed spot in their favorite class and supports consistency in building a routine.

You can register for classes up to 14 days in advance beginning June 17.

You can register and be added to a waitlist. If someone cancels their registration, the next member from the waitlist will be notified that they have been added to the class.

Yes! You can access the group exercise schedule online. On the top right corner of the screen select ‘Login to make reservations’. From here, select ‘First time login/Forgot password’. Then, enter the email address associated with your membership profile and select ‘request pin’. This will allow you to create an online account to register for group exercise classes. 

Classes that have been favorited can be found by tapping on the icon that says ‘More’ from the bottom menu, then by tapping on ‘Favorites’. 

Yes! Tap the Y Wellness 24/7 icon to be redirected to the platform’s website.

Yes! The new app will have a rewards program and will feature new items.

Points from the current app up to May 25, 2026, will carry over automatically. Points accrued from May 26-June 2, 2026, will be manually uploaded into the new app by June 30, 2026.

Once you have enough points to redeem a reward, tap on the blue ‘redeem’ button. Then, at your next visit to the branch, you can stop at the Welcome Center to redeem your reward.

The app utilizes gamification to track achievements and milestones. Badges are not the same as app rewards and do not count towards app rewards.

During your next visit to the branch, stop by the Welcome Center and a Member Engagement Representative will be happy to assist you. You can also contact @email.

Iphone: 

  1. Open the settings app
  2. Scroll down and tap Apps
  3. Tap App Store
  4. Under the Automatic Downloads section, toggle on App Updates

Android: 

  1. Open the Google Play Store app
  2. Tap your Profile picture in the top-right corner
  3. Select Settings > Network preferences
  4. Tap Auto-update apps and choose to update them Over Wi-Fi only or Over any network
