Take your skills to the next level in Y Athlete Academy, a group training program designed for young athletes to improve their speed, agility, strength, balance and coordination. All workouts will be created and led by William Lacewell, lead trainer at our Fairless Hills branch. The program highlights sport-specific movements and introduces workouts and exercises to help build healthy habits.
TRY IT FREE
Local sports teams, athletes and all youth age 10-15 are invited to try the program free to find out how effective it can be. Members and nonmembers of the Y may join us January 2 and January 9 at the Fairless Hills branch.
TWO AGE CATEGORIES
Preteens (10-12 yrs): Monday, 6:40-7:25 PM
Teens (12-15 yrs): Monday, 4:00-4:45 PM
