Fall Prevention | October 15, 2026 - 12PM | Learn practical ways to improve strength, balance, and reaction time and help reduce the risk of falls. This beginner-friendly workshop will incorporate ankle, knee, and hip exercises, with a sturdy chair available for support.
Understanding Supplements | November 12, 12 PM-1 PM | Many adults take dietary supplements as part of their health routine, but understanding what to choose can be challenging. Join Kellye Remshifski from the Bucks County Area Agency on Aging to learn more about supplements, how they are regulated, and what to consider when making informed choices.
